Request Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go.

If you would like to delete your CoachHQ account and all associated data, you can do so directly within the app or by submitting the form below.

Method 1: Delete within the App (Recommended)

  1. Open the CoachHQ app on your device.
  2. Go to your Profile tab.
  3. Tap on Settings (gear icon).
  4. Scroll down to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your choice.

Your account will be immediately deactivated and scheduled for permanent deletion.

Method 2: Request Deletion via Web/Email

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion here. We will process your request within 30 days.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. You will lose all your data, including profile information, workout history, messages, and any active subscriptions.
