1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the CoachHQ mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. CoachHQ provides a platform connecting fitness coaches with clients for coaching services, video sessions, messaging, and related features.
2. Eligibility
Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use CoachHQ. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
Account Requirements
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3. User Roles
Coaches
Coaches are independent contractors who offer coaching services through the platform. By registering as a coach, you agree to: provide accurate information, maintain appropriate certifications, conduct yourself professionally, and comply with all applicable laws.
CoachHQ does not employ coaches and is not responsible for the quality or safety of coaching services.
Clients
Clients use the platform to find and book coaching services. By registering as a client, you agree to: provide accurate health and fitness information, follow your coach's instructions at your own risk, and consult with a healthcare provider before starting any fitness program.
4. Services Provided by CoachHQ
CoachHQ facilitates connections between coaches and clients. We provide video calling, messaging, scheduling, payment processing, and content sharing tools.
CoachHQ does not provide coaching services directly.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Coach Subscriptions
- Starter: Free tier
- Pro: $39/month or $375/year
- Scale: $99/month or $950/year
Client Subscriptions
- Free: Basic access
- Basic: $9.99/month
- Premium: $29.99/month
Payment Terms
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to violate laws, impersonate others, harass users, share illegal content, or attempt to hack the App. User-generated content must be respectful and professional.
7. Intellectual Property
CoachHQ owns all content and features of the App. You retain ownership of content you create but grant us a license to use it within the App.
8. Health and Safety Disclaimers
CoachHQ is not a medical service. Always consult a healthcare provider before starting a fitness program. You assume all risks associated with physical exercise.
9. Privacy and Data
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your data.
10. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services (AWS, Stream.io, RevenueCat, Stripe, Firebase). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
11. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
12. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. COACHHQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR PERSONAL INJURY.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify CoachHQ from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court. You waive your right to a jury trial and class actions.
15. General Provisions
These Terms regarding the App constitute the entire agreement between you and CoachHQ.
